A selection of images and French words to practise basic phrases.
Practise new vocabulary with a guessing game of Qu’est-ce que c’est? One child chooses a food or drink image, without the others seeing. They then ask the class Qu’est-ce que c’est? and the rest of the children have to guess, responding with C’est… (un gâteau/un croissant).
You can also display the images in your French café to show customers what‘s available and remind children of key words and phrases.
